Potato Syntelogs
We have generated a set of potato syntelogs using GENESPACE (v1.3.1). The syntelogs are based on the DM v6.1 reference genome along with the following genomes: the 20 dihaploid potato genomes from the Potato v2.0 project, Atlantic v3 (PMID: 35026436), Castle Russet v2 (PMID: 35026436), Cooperation-88 v1 (PMID: 35733345), and Otava v1 (PMID: 35241824).
The syntelogs can be viewed on the DM v6.1 Genome Browser and on the Gene Report Page for each individual DM v6.1 gene.
